Within the first 60 days of receiving your order, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first purchased pair of Relixa period underwear from each model range.
You can try them without worry – if they don't fit, simply exchange them for another size or request a refund.
Satisfaction guarantee conditions:
This guarantee applies to the first purchase from each model range of underwear.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
For all other purchases, standard return conditions apply – 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return is arranged by the customer independently according to the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days, the customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
